From intuitive user on-boarding and gesture-based navigation to geo-location search for ordering and distance limited pre-ordering (to ensure hot, fresh food on collection), the app has been built with the customer experience first and foremost. This has resulted in a seamless and convenient experience for customers, reducing the barriers to ordering and increasing customer satisfaction.

To drive engagement and keep customers returning to the app and stores, it was essential to provide a seamless UX, engaging design and functional features that delivered tangible benefits to users. This was achieved through a variety of strategies such as easy ordering processes, fast and secure payment options, simple voucher redemption and engaging gamification elements. By incorporating gamification features, such as the Shake 'n' Win rewards game, users are kept engaged and motivated to continue using the app and visiting the restaurants regularly. This feature allowed users to shake their phones for a chance to win discounts, prizes, and exclusive offers, making the experience more interactive and rewarding. As a result, user retention rates increased and customer loyalty was significantly boosted.
