Chatime, one of the leading global bubble tea brands, sought to enhance its digital footprint and provide customers with a seamless online ordering experience. Chatme needed to deliver a unified, user-centric eCommerce platform that would streamline operations, amplify brand messaging and foster customer loyalty across multiple countries. Chatime partnered with Adrenalin to design and develop a state-of-the-art eCommerce website that would elevate the brand and deliver a transformative eCommerce solution across multiple international markets. Omnichannel eCommerce Integration

The platform also supported various payment options, including mobile wallets and in-app payments, to cater to diverse customer preferences.

Platform Consolidation
Chatime's existing online presence was fragmented, with multiple outdated platforms that lacked integration and consistency. We migrated all online functionalities onto a unified, robust eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless integration and centralised CMS, Online Ordering, POS and Loyalty Management.
We implemented a cloud-based infrastructure that could easily adapt to increased traffic and future expansion.
